So you park all the way in the back of a lot, where there are tons of empty spaces, and when you come back some fuckwit parked right next to you. Much like in the urinal meme.
Sometimes it’s other BMWs, so my guess is that that they rather park next to someone they think takes care of their vehicle and will do anything to prevent door dings.
Unfortunately, most of the time, it’s some Minivan or SUV/CUV without sliding doors, that is packed to the gills with child seats. The horror! So to me the Opel Zafira and similar are the worst cars to find parked next to you. What’s yours?

Jeeps and Jettas. I’m fucking terrifed of jeeps. Specially JKs which seem to be given out as Quinceañera gifts to my university friends and they proceed not to care about my car’s paint.
Jettas are just nasty parkers...

I drive a 13 year old Focus Wagon that a mechanic recently said was in “structurally poor condition”.
So for me, any car is fine.
The really question is do you want ME parking next to YOU?
Heh heh heh...

Minivans are the worst. But don’t under estimate cheap 10+ year old econoboxes, as they are generally driven by people who don’t care about their car, parking or driving.
At my university the parking spots are pretty narrow (even for the Twingo...), and I just hate it if someone parks either at an angle, or way to close to me, meaning I can hardly get in to my car, as it has pretty big doors for such a small car .

Any car. I parked as far away as I could and you had to park next to me.

It’s a red mustang, maybe the owner had to let you know he’s somehow better than you and doesn’t have crippling insecurities.

Dually trucks.
Just because it technically “fits” within the parking space, doesn’t mean much when I can’t open my door.

A Hummer. Generally large SUVs parking next to me bothers me, but a Hummer would be worst.

I like to park red mustangs next to BMWs...

I’m not a fan of the Zafira but Vauxhall were selling them half price for couple of years back in 2012. A brand new seven seater for under £10,000.
It can my friend out of a scrape.

Was that during the time they were selling the old one alongside the new one as a “classic” or whatever they called it?

I would add brodozer to that category too. because odds are they can’t see when they open the door

Ye’, they sold the old one as normal and the new one was called the Zafira Tourer (the one you posted).
They did the same with the Honda Civic, brand new Ninth Gen ones for £9,000 off.

Yeah, I mean it’s true that many of those drivers suck at parking, but I think that in some cases they really do need to use more than one spot.
Limousines are another good example. I’m not going to pretend that they can fit in one space, and I’d rather they take up two spots than stick out into the aisle.

Didn’t know about the Honda. Skoda did the same with the first gen Octavia which they sold alongside the second gen for a year or two.

The Scirocco was discontinued, but you could still order one for months afterwards.
Shame, I’d love one of those.

Friend of mine laments the death of the ‘Rocco as he has one and would like to buy a newer one some day.
But all in all, I think more car manufacturers should keep the old one alive for a while for people who want no nonsense motoring on a budget.
This reminds me of the Seat Exeo, rebadged but still the same concept.

makes no difference to me, my car is knackered. an extra dint or two won’t matter
